ISO9001-certified centrifugal casting foundry equipped with 2000kg, 750kg, 500kg and 150kg medium-frequency induction furnaces.

In-house machining workshop equipped with CW61125A 6000mm heavy-duty lathe, C6163 6000mm lathe, CK140 CNC lathe, MV7160 profile grinding machine, HW-300 dynamic balancing machine, along with 34 conventional machine tools.

Capabilities:
Sand castings up to 3000kg per pour;
Centrifugal cast tubes up to Φ650mm × 5000mm

Machining capacities:
Machining length up to 6000mm;
Machining diameter up to Φ1600mm;
Dynamic balancing testing for rotating components

Chemical composition analysis for 24 elements including C, S, P, Cr, Ni, Si, Mn, W, Mo, V and N;
